Internship Information
The CDO is closed and is therefore not accepting applications for internships. In the past, the
Capital Defender Office has offered full and part-time intern positions
during the academic year, as well as fulltime positions during the summer.
Qualified legal interns performed legal research and drafting in trial and
appellate cases, assisted in preparation of mitigation for the penalty
phase, and performed other tasks under the supervision of lawyers and
mitigation specialists.
